Question: What do i need to be able to connet my cell phone to my computers bluetooth?

So i got my cell phones bluetooth on and im on the bluetooth thing on my laptop but i dont know how to turn it on and it wont connect with my cell phone what do i do to make it work?

Try right clicking on the bluetooth icon in the taskbar then choose either send a file or receive a file. It should work with a bit of luck. To turn bluetooth on there's usually a switch or a hotkey.
